BFN "Slept On" Exclusive TRR Review

The President of Killa Klan
has worked diligently, and lead by example, being a team player. BabyFaceNelsun wears many hats, and knows when to change it up on an as need basis.
Do we believe he is Slept On?
No, not at all, however, if so,
this mixtape will surely wake em up.

BFN speaks in detail who he is, not only as an artist, but also as a man, from the streets, to the booth, taking care of business or in his words, "hitting a lick". His character is defined through his lyrics, outlook on life and approach to deliver a message through song, story telling.
To understand the mentality, nature, and personality of BFN,
is to truly know him.
Listening to songs like "Listening To 2Pac," and "Lose My Mind,
not only gave insight on who he is but where he comes from,
and also who he has become, a man pursuing a dream,
that can't be stopped, by any means necessary.
Hear the tales of a street bred but humble man,
that recognizes his own gifts, strengths and flaws.

BFN is loved by many, with a STRONG support team behind him, he is known and excepted, and maintaining a good reputation, proving, he can hold his own. The Killa Klan family, a major force in Chicago, has broken barriers, made power moves, and business decisions that only make sense. Real street hustlers turned businessmen. The Klan has raw talent, no doubt, but what sticks out abut them is their loyalty and togetherness. They are a perfect example of the statement, "There is power in numbers."

It's no surprise that "Slept On" features the Killa Klan mob, with a host of heavy hitters, including other buzzing breakout Chicago rappers. Several times, he mentions the struggles of an artist, and how hard it can be, but still, he accomplished this masterpiece of work, that we consider classic. He teamed up with artists who all have their own unique style and sound, and still manages to dominate the record with his impeccable flow, meshing to compliment the production. His delivery is full of energy, direct, straight to the point, and easily appreciated, while his words hit home. Without a doubt, there's no mistaking that he means what he says, and says what he means.

Making a trap record is like breathing,
because it is his truth, but not his only lane.
His versatility, and diversity shows throughout the entire mixtape, more so, on songs like
"Let Me" and "Haters
produced by and featuring Reese G of 3PC
and Killa Klan's own, Mack Mecca.
His lyrics grab your attention, as he walks you through the life of a young thug BFN, 13 in the Audy Home,
to a 17 y/o behind bars, with a baby on the way,
to a determined man,
preparing to lead his own in the right direction.
"Without You," is that record.
A rough journey it seems to have been and because of it, hard to the core he is, however he can still soften up for the ladies, in a real nice way. "3 Wishes," featuring and produced by Marc Alonzo, enlightens you on who he is or can be when and if,
you're the special woman in his eyes.
We're not sure who she is, but from the sounds of this record, whomever "the one," may be,
she is surely a lucky lady.

TRR truly appreciates the honor of  reviewing such an exclusive and amazing project. Congratulations BFN for the accomplishments and those to come.
Salute to the hard work and efforts, and we wish you much success.
May you be blessed abundantly!

"If you're from the hood, you can relate, and if not, BFN will paint a picture so vivid, you will swear you lived that life." ~Ready Redd
